Adding Agents & Lenders

This article will show you how to add agents, admins and lenders to Follow Up Boss. Note you must have broker/admin access to do this.

1. Click the "Users" menu option in the top right corner.

2. Click the "Add User" button

3. Enter the name, email address and user role then click "Save"

Agent - Access to leads assigned to them
Broker - Access to all leads and to create/delete users
Lender - Access to leads assigned to them



After clicking "Save" an email invitation will be sent to the user, they will click the link in that email and create a password for Follow Up Boss.

Resend Email Invites

In the "Users" screen you can see people that have not yet accepted the email invite. You can also click "Resend email invite" to send them another invite.
