How to setup

NOTE: Skip this if your Gmail or Google Apps account is connected to FUB

1. Get your unique Follow Up Boss email address

2. Click "My Profile" in Listings to Leads

3. Change your email address in Listings to Leads

Make sure to click "Update" at the bottom of the Listings to Leads profile page to save your new settings.

Test it out

Once you have changed over your Listings to Leads email address you can test it out by going to one of your Listings to Leads landing pages and submitting an inquiry. You should receive an email notification from Follow Up Boss and see the lead in the system under "Leads Today" and the "Leads" stage.


The fields parsed from Listings to Leads are Name, Email and Phone Number. A copy of the original lead email will also be sent to you and stored in Follow Up Boss.

For Seller leads, Listings to Leads sends 2 email notifications: first with home address only and the second one with other details like email address, lead's name, etc. Some people don't fill out the second form and only first notification is sent.

If you forward both first and second lead notifications to Follow Up Boss it will capture all leads including those partial leads with no email address or name. However, action plans won’t be able to send first drip email when such leads arrive because they won’t have email address at the time.

If sending action plan email immediately when lead arrives is more important for you than ability to capture partial leads with no email address, you can use Gmail filters to send only the second notification to Follow Up Boss but not the first one. In this case, only full leads with email address will be captured in FUB and action plans will be able to send first drip email when the lead arrives.
